West Bengal BJP chief Sukanta Majumdar compared the circumstances in Sandeshkhali to what ladies confronted in Afghanistan a couple of years ago and said Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to hold an enormous rally at Basirhat in the North 24 Parganas locale on Walk 7.
“The ladies of Sandeshkhali came up with the mettle and said Shajahan Sheik and his partners habitually assaulted them. He affirmed that the prime minister will likely visit Basirhat on March 7 for a rally. “We have given a fight to the police and the administration; I have been admitted for 48 hours, and within this scenario, democracy is under threat in West Bengal,” Majumdar said.
